SS: What was/is your favorite job?
PB: Being an actor and playing a character with a deep story and possibly a physical or psychological imparment. That or being a designer. I love beautiful clothes and fabrics and textures and making the world a more beautiful place, one look at a time, one person at a time.
SS: Where did you go to high school and/or college?
PB: Seaford high School on Long Island and FIT for college, although I majored in Studio 54!
SS: What is your favorite movie?
PB: Mahogany - It showed me the life I could have! I went for it and now have that life every day! "Julia" with Jane Fonda and Vanessa Redgrave. I relate to both characters and am half of each. "Notting Hill" - As Julia Roberts lived happily ever after, she professed she is just a girl standing in front of a boy asking him to love her for her... because the fame thing isn't really real and in a few years I will just look like someone who used to be famous. Other favorites are: Gorillas in the Mist, What Dreams May Come, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Moulin Rouge, Monster - Charlize Theron gives an actors dream performance. The Apostle - Robert Duvall gives an amazing performance as well. Airport - I KNOW it was my destiny to travel and be glamorous!!!
SS: What is your favorite television show?
PB: I am a Soap addict! (All My Children) I have lived in Pine Valley my entire life, in my own mind! I'm also a "General Hospital" and "One Life To Live" fan, otherwise it's CNN, VH1 or The Weather Channel. If you haven't figured it out, I'm a contrarian. I also enjoy: Frazier, Golden Girls, Murphy Brown, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Roseanne, 2 and a Half Men, The Nanny, King of Queens.
SS: Name of your favorite composer or music artist?
PB: Whitney Houston, Beyonce, Tony Braxton, Brian McKnight, Lionel Richie, NeYo, Usher, Pink, Jewel, Leann Rimes, Alejandro Fernandez, Alicia Keys and Wyclef Jean.
SS: How would you describe your life in only 8 words?
PB: Cool, stylish, funny, sensitive, contrarian, multi faceted, renaissance man.
SS: What is your motto or maxim?
PB: I decided long ago never to walk in anyone's shadow, if I fail, if I succeed at least I live as I believe, no matter what they take from me they can't take away my dignity... I've found the greatest love of all inside of me! The greatest love of all is easy to achieve, learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all.

SS: What’s your greatest fear?
PB: To not be able to do all the different things I am so blessed to be able to do. Compared to most I have all anyone can wish for and appreciate it all. From my personal life to my private me time. From helping charities I'm passionate about to getting to wear amazing clothes to extraordinary events. From seeing so many different people and places, to having a voice that people respect and listen to.
SS: If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you choose to be?
PB: On a beautiful Caribbean or Mediterranean island with fresh fruit and food and the sea and fun, with someone I love, or on the continent of Africa, working to feed and help the less fortunate in any way that I could. I want to contribute positively. Like I said, I'm a contrarian.
SS: With whom in history do you most identify?
PB: Martin Luther King Jr. and Princess Grace (I'm a true contrarian)
SS: Which living person do you most admire?
PB: Barack Obama and anyone who is surviving and thriving, who has suffered a catastrophic accident, injury or diagnosis.
SS: What are your most overused words or phrases?
PB: Really!? - I'm not the one! - Chile please - Oh my God! - I love it! - We cool, we homiez - XO, P - Tell them... - I know I'm crazy, but they're totally crazy! - I just don't understand... why?
SS: What do you regret most?
PB: That we are only on this planet for such a short time and I have so many more exciting things to accomplish. I want some time to retire after my Oscar win and New York Times best seller!
SS: If you could acquire any talent, what would it be?
PB: To sing with a voice as charismatic, rich and expressive as Whitney Houston, Brian McKnight, George Michael or Alejandro Fernandez (Mexican Singer)
SS: What is your greatest achievement?
PB: Actually living the dream and not just speaking it. By reaching the top of several different careers as a model being in Italian and French Vogue. Walking the runway for major talents like John Galliano, Jean Paul Gaultier. As a stylist being part of Halle Berry's historic Oscar win and styling Michael Jackson's last photo shoots. As a writer publishing two books, The Elements of Style and The Shopping Diet.
SS: What’s your greatest flaw?
PB: I say what I think.
SS: What’s your best quality?
PB: I say what I think.
SS: If you could be any person or thing, who or what would it be?
PB: George Clooney. He is smart, sexy, talented and gracious. He's politically and socially active as well as a humanitarian... and he's pretty funny!
SS: What is your biggest pet peeve?
PB: People who lie, or who are lazy and waste my time with crap, or act unconsciously.
SS: What is your favorite occupation, when you’re not writing?
PB: Chillaxin' near the water, or outdoors!
SS: What’s your fantasy profession?
PB: Being Angelina Jolie plus Alicia Keys plus Beyonce as they are the best at the careers I admire. They are huge humanitarians, they have great families, they are beautiful, respected and loved on many levels.
