SS: How would you describe your life in only 8 words?
SJ: I am living my childhood dream!
SS: What is your motto or maxim?
SJ: Love doesn't come easy. That's what makes it so rewarding!

SS: If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you choose to be?
SS: If you could acquire any talent, what would it be?
SJ: I'd LOVE to be able to draw.
SS: What’s your fantasy profession?
SJ: Actress. I'm a ham, what can I say?
SS: If you could eat only one thing for the rest of your days, what would it be?
SS: How would you describe perfect happiness?
SJ: Perfect happiness is a cup of Jamaican Me Crazy coffee and a good book, both enjoyed on the balcony of a cabin in the Smoky Mountains in spring. Actually, just give me the Smoky Mountains in spring, and I'm good!
SS: What do you regret most?
SJ: Not starting to write romances sooner!
SS: What is your favorite occupation, when you’re not writing?
SJ: Traveling. I don't get to do it nearly enough, though.
SS: With whom in history do you most identify?
SJ: Aphra Behn, one of the first English professional writers. I have not had nearly the exploits she had, but she blazed the trail for other writers and spoke her mind. A lot. As do I.
SS: Which living person do you most admire?
SJ: Bernard Rimland, for recognizing that autism was neurological and changing life for parents of autistic children everywhere.
SS: What’s your greatest fear?
SJ: Not being able to write.
SS: Who is your favorite fictional hero?
SJ: Mr. Darcy from Austen's Pride and Prejudice
SS: What are your most overused words or phrases?
SJ: I have NO clue.
SS: What is your greatest achievement?
SJ: Building this career that I love.
SS: If you could be any person or thing, who or what would it be?
SJ: A talented musician.
SS: Who is your favorite fictional villain?
SJ: Hannibal Lecter. He's fascinating!
SS: If you could meet any historical character, who would it be and what would you say to him or her?
SJ: I would love to meet Elizabeth I. What an amazing woman! I'd ask her if she really had any lovers, and which ones were the best. Oh, and how she managed to rule England so effectively. Plus, I'd ask if she knew if Shakespeare's works were really written by him. I mean, she should know, right?
SS: What’s your greatest flaw?
SJ: My distractibility
SS: What’s your best quality?
SJ: My creativity
SS: What is your biggest pet peeve?
SJ: Having to wait in a line. Anywhere.
SS: What 3 personal qualities are most important to you?
SJ: Tolerance, sense of humor, intelligence

SJ: It changes weekly, but right now it's "All That You Have Is Your Soul" by Tracy Chapman, "Love Story" by Taylor Swift, "Bitter with the Sweet" by Carole King, "Touched by the Sun" by Carly Simon, and "Caledonia" by Dougie McLean

SJ: International School Bangkok, Louisiana College, Tulane University

SJ: I have so many! Here's a few: James Taylor, Dougie McLean, Loreena McKennitt, Tori Amos, and on and on

SJ: Just one? Pride and Prejudice with Matthew MacFadyen

SJ: Right now, it's NCIS
