The FountainPenDiva, Old school geek chick and lover of teddy bears
I realize it's a cliche, but the book is always better than the animated feature (which was excellent). Still, with The Complete Persepolis, I discovered so many depths that I missed in the film. One thing that was so comforting to me was that even in repressive societies, such as Satrapi's revolution-era Iran, she was an Iron Maiden fan like me.
