First: I love the whole feel and essence of this book. The setting and time set are just to adore over. It gives the reader a interesting and compelling story and makes them feel timeless. The way the characters talk just adds to it, and it really get he reader to jump and live within the book.

I really honestly frankly did love this more than City of Bones (even though I gave COB a 5 O.o ). I KNOW that if I had read this before I've read the Mortal Instruments, I would have given it a higher rating. I KNOW that I should be rating this without comparing it to City of Bones. Yet, I can't get over the fact that there are just too many similarities.
