Wow! How did this book go from, I hope it can make 4 stars to landing on my favorites shelf?!?!?
Okay anyone looking to move on with the series has to push through the first 100 pages or so. Now that might sound like a lot but it is 760 kindle pages and add the dictionary and its 800...Ahhh the dictionary. :( What I liked about the first book was it was a cool world, very easy to get into, and it was darkishly weird! In this , the 2nd part of the demon cycle, it's focus is on Jardir and how he becomes the ruler of the Krasians.
I enjoyed learning more about this character as I really like him from the first book. A lot happens in this with there being two deliverers. Arlen still refuses to acknowledge that he is though and then when jadir and his people invade the lands and take over, raping and killing he has to try and begin to sort things out.

Summary: Well written dark fantasy. Lots of intrigue a very good plot but ultimately I don't like the premise and the ending was a bit disappointing
Plotline: Interesting plot with many threads weaving around each other, well thought out.
Premise: Not very comfortable with the premise and as its the foundations of the story it makes all a bit false. Its original though and very broad in scope. Just unrealistic
