I can’t believe it.

This book is one of my favorites of the year.

My only regret is that it sat so long on my bookshelf, unread.

All the feels. And the sweet, tender moments. And the quick wit. And the small moments that felt so genuine even though it was a plot that would be almost impossible to take place in real life. It worked.

2.5 I’m so conflicted about this book. Some of the scenes made me uncomfortable like the dress scene or the end which I didn’t agree with. I think Colleen Hoover is an amazing writer as in her style and voice is great. But I just couldn’t get past the plot twist and some of how Ben tried to get Fallon over her self esteem issues. I think it might have been better in movie form because years pass between chapters and seeing that visually might have helped. Because for the reader we have a big bom ...more

What a beautiful and complicated story between Fallon and Ben. This story is so classic CoHo with waiting for the big twist that makes it breaks Fallon and Ben’s relationship.

I thought Ben seemed very mature for an 18/19 year old and wanted to know his story. I enjoyed Fallon’s character and how she was strong.
