The Kiss Quotient was cute and a little hot! I'll admit to rolling my eyes, but it also got an audible "awww" out of me. I'm not big into traditional romance books, so those bits in TKQ didn't really pull me in. What did?

Stella. Hoang wrote a real, awesome character - you can't help but be in her corner. And did I mention she has autism? Hoang explains in the author's note that she (Hoang) pursued and eventually attained a diagnosis at 34. And that Stella "came from (her) heart." When is the las

At first I was bothered that Stella hired an escort. After reading Hoang’s note at the end I see where she was going with her story. She is really good at creating a character and making you fall in love with them. I love Michael. He is so sweet and caring to his family. He took his mothers burdens and carried them for her. How could you not love him? I felt so bad for him that he thought he was father and was living with this guilt of feeling like he was just like him. Once I got past the escor ...more

I’m going to start by saying how refreshing it is to have a story told by someone with autism. I loved how it brought a whole differing perspective that I haven’t had the chance to read much of. With that being said, I loved this book. I loved the characters, I loved the cultural piece and I was floored at how raunchy it was. It was not what I was expecting but non the less I adored this love story. If you are looking for a non conventional love story this is it.

This was such a cute read. I loved all the characters in this book. Stella, the main character, hires an escort to help her with her relationship/sexual awkwardness. She has Asperger’s so she ends up in situations in the book that she doesn’t understand. I felt so proud of her for sticking it out and putting herself out there. You can see how she has trouble grasping what people are trying to say.

The book has some steam in it but I totally felt the chemistry between the characters. I LOVE

The Kiss Quotient has cute, likeable characters. The plot and the character development is pretty solid. The sex scenes were well done. Most of them didn't feel too cringy or over the top. Overall, a good book. ...more
