I LOVED THIS BOOK. The setting, the descriptive writing, the in depth, flawed, always trying characters... everything together delivered a powerful story, one that made me cry out in frustration, love, heartache, and joy.

Oh.my.gosh. I don’t even know where to begin, or how to put into words how this book made me feel. So many emotions....love, passion, anger, rage, sentimentality... just ALL the feels, as the kids say these days.

This book broke me, wrecked me, and put me back together. It’s overwhelming in length, but KH writes so beautifully that it was a fast read for me. If you only get to read 1 book by KH, make it this one.
