I loved this book, outstanding narration and a most touching story full of deep emotions and simply about life. I will not forget Ove and the lessons that resonate through his story. And I may never look at an angry person the same way again.

This one didn't quite hold my attention but it was tender and touching at times. Ove is a grumpy old man who is getting through life after the passing of his wife, Sonja, who was the love of his life. He is outspoken but loyal. It's a story of friendship, love, and those unexpected moments in life. ...more

WOW!
I have been wanting to read this for some time. I don't know what took me so long. It was SO good! I couldn't put it down.
Was it dark? Yes, it was.
Did I shed some tears? Perhaps just a few.
Is there redemption in the story? Yes, there is. Hang in there.
