This went beyond my expectations. I expected light comedy but it deals with some serious issues and made me cry as well as laugh. I liked that the girls weren't all hanging out together but had to deal with their problems separately. It doesn't always go for the easy answers, either.

The beginning was quite fluffy as 4 giddy girls went their separaate ways for their first summer apart. But it gained quite a bit of substance as the girls started having to deal with the consequences of their choices. It had some very touching moments.
