Odd Thomas can see the dead, though they don't talk, and occasionally he uses this to help the police solve murders. Odd is a short order cook and completely in love with Stormy. It took a while to get into this book. But it did pick up and it was good. I cried and was really upset with this book. Not sure if I want to pick up the other books in the series. I kind of do and kind of dont. We shall see.
