This book was soooo amazing!
It is told through a series of documents recovered by a secret sender. At first, I was not sure if
I was going to be able to form an attachment to the characters... but I did. I loved Ezra and Kady. Their story came alive and I was almost brought to tears. Seriously, it was heartbreaking at times.
Definitely worth the read!

Kady has just broken up with her boyfriend Ezra when their planet is invaded. The two escape and end up on separate rescue ships. The AI controlling the ship Ezra is on was damaged during the attack and is causing problems as is a mysterious illness on the third ship. This isn't the type of book I would normally like but I listened to it on audio. The full cast performance made for a very enjoyable reading experiece. The writing shows a brilliant mind. Thought provoking yet manages to be humorous at times.
