Very atmospheric. I enjoyed the author's use of language. It had a great plot and a satisfying conclusion.

One of my favorite books ever!
I enjoyed this, especially the description of the moors. I don't know if it because Sherlock is so famous or this is such a standard classic detective novel, but it was pretty easy for me to predict.

With these classic books I find I go into them with pre-conceptions which tend to alter my experience of the book.
Don't remember this ending...so I'm audiobooking it.
