The difference between this and The Dry is like night and day. While I really did not like the writing style of the first book, this one pleasantly surprised me. It is very weird that both were written by the same author but O am glad I didn’t give up at The Dry.
3.5 stars. I like the main character but didn't find this storyline as interesting as it could have been.
