-#18 of the Stephanie Plum series-After the first few chapters, I was really excited about this new Stephanie Plum book because I thought it was going to be different. We were finally going to read about a shakeup in the Plum Series cast. Stephanie is back from a trip to Hawaii and the reader doesn’t know why she went, who she went with and why she came back a day early. Slowly, Evanovich reveals the answers. That was a promising factor as well. It kept me interested because I wanted to learn mo ...more

Is a book considered good if it isn't as bad as the last book by Ms. Evonovich? Kind of a tree/forest dilemma. Also, do audio books count as "reading" a book? Whatever, I liked this one better than her former awful installments of the mis-adventures of S. Plum. I wish our heroine and her sidekick would develop a bit more..kinda tired of the same old ..same old.

I liked this book. When I pick up a Stephanie Plum book I know I am going to laugh, get hungry, and probably roll my eyes a little but that is why I read them.

While Stephanie still hasn't made a concrete choice between the 2 men I do see her trying. I see reviews about how mad that she hasn't made the choice yet, but I think that she has in a way, but she just isn't sure. She has been married before and isn't sure if that is what she wants again.

Also if Lula wasn't crazy, and Stephanie didn't s

I loved this book and would have given it four stars except I am sick of the main character bed hopping between two guys. Enough already!

Same old, same old. I feel like I've read different versions of the same novel since about #10 in the series. I don't even find myself laughing much because the jokes are repetitious too. ...more

Stephanie goes on vacation and sees a felon that is on the run, she ends up going home a day early with a tan line on her ring finger. Finding an envelope in her bag with a mysterious photo starts the real mystery of the book. She throws it away the people start showing up to get it. Another quick read.

Another typical Stephanie Plum book...it was good, but nothing special. Glad I read it and will probably continue to read the series...but it's just lost its spark for me. I hope the next book will be better. ...more
