What Members Thought
Although I found Minority Report good (not exceptional), I was completley drawn into the realities Dick created. Realities of punchcard robots, robot killing robots, economy simulator games, Surveylence units in our televisions.
The issues in Dick's works are a futuristic portrayal of the issues of the cold war era. Many stories have either China or the USSR (or some galactic body) as an enemy of the United States.

I rarely watch a TV or movie adaptation before reading the book or story it was built on. But in this case, I'd seen the movie before reading this. Obviously, a lot was added to make a full-length movie. But this was a nice, solid science fiction short story. I found it more realistic and easy to follow than many of Dick's works.
