What Members Thought
While reading this book I really felt for the character Oliver. Throughout the story he is portrayed as this tough, hockey-player type but when Jenny lays dying in the hospital from leukemia, he has a hard time being strong and you can see him start to shed this tough exterior and then he breaks down emotionally. A truly sad and touching moment in this novel! If you like romance novels that make you cry then you have to read this one!
This book is amazing. Everyone on earth needs to read it.
I read this book in the 1970s. A real tear-jerker!
A classic! This was one of my first 'adult' books.
