***UPDATE***
Love Walked In was the book club’s book of the month for February. It was supposed to give out feels (was it?) and it did, except that I felt the feels much later in the story. Or maybe it was just me because I didn’t really feel anything for Martin Grace. Sure, he was depicted to be Cornelia’s dream boy (did I just say dream boy? How high school, haha!) but I didn’t like him at all. I didn’t like him at the start — at ...more

As in her other book,Belong to Me A Novel, Marisa De Loa Santos builds great characters that you cannot help but admire and love. Her writing style is fantastic and very easy to read. I enjoyed this book, it is a nice warm feeling story about finding love in unexpected ways. I liked the way it was told from the two different views, and how the chapters alternated between the two main characters. I did feel the end was a little rushed and things tied up a bit too easy and quickly.

For the second time in my life, I read this book in one lazy day. It has now been cemented in my heart as an all-time favorite. The best part is that I have the sequel, Belong to Me, waiting on my Kindle. Joy!
