What Members Thought
This book, more than most, is difficult for me to say what I liked and didn't like about without spoilers. For the most part, I was dissatisfied with it, and am rounding up from a 2.5 stars to give it 3 primarily because I really liked the main character, Eli, and how he changed over the course of the book. But the entire premise of the book, besides being just plain creepy, was really impossible to accept. (view spoiler)

I cannot say what made me pick up this book but it was amazing. The characters are dark and mysterious and bright and vibrant all at the same time. Where the story was going was fairly obvious but the characters were so well developed that it drew me in and I was completely riveted.
Interesting idea for a book. Good read.
