What Members Thought
Green has a pleasant tone and reading him is easy, but the story line tends to get boring at certain points and even though I like his dialogues and the snappy comments, I feel like the characters lack depth. This I felt even more so, since it was kind of a coming-of-age story.
What I did like was that it was a totally different story and style than "The Fault in our Stars".

I love John Green so I don’t know why I took so long to read this – I’ve had it since July 2012, but on the Kindle, where books are easier to forget/ignore/save for later. I was hooked, as ever, on the story of geeky Quentin Jacobsen and his unrequited love for the beautiful and quirky girl next door, Margo Roth Spiegelman.
