I just finished this and you seriously cannot wipe the smile from my face. When I first met Rhage in Dark Lover my immediate thought was 'I can't wait to read his book' and let me just say, it did not disappoint.

Rhage is so much more than just a sexy a beast and all this comes out when he meets the unassuming and demure Mary. I read this as a buddy read and she turned out to not be everybody else's favorite but I loved her nonetheless. She's physically the weakest character we've met in the ser ...more

Loved it!

So this is the second book in the BDB series. The main story centers around Rhage/The Beast and Mary’s relationship. But we also get glimpses of other stories for some of the other characters.

Loved Mary and Rhage’s love story. Sort of like a Beauty & the Beast tale. Yes, Mary really got on my nerves at the beginning and I kept asking why would Rhage kept approaching her.
