This is the second book in the On Dublin Street series and is about bartender, Johanna (Jo) and graphic designer Cameron (Cam). They meet when Cam is hired at the bar where Jo works and the attraction is instant. There is just one problem.....they are both dating other people. UGH! The heart wants what the hearts wants....will they finall

I feel so bad giving this book such a terrible rating but Down London Road really missed the mark for me. Let me just start off by saying that I adored On Dublin Street. Braden and Joss' story was amazing! It had heat, passion, and great character development. I was expecting the same fire and spark and was thoroughly disappointed.
What I got was a main heroine that I really disliked. I felt no connection with Jo. I truly felt bad for her situation but her personality certainly wasn't likable. N

Where to start? Oh, I know...

I also think it's important for the GR community to know it's been decided... I'm moving to Scotland. Sewing my kilt and prepping the epic send off as we speak.

For cereal.

The United States: 3.794 million sq. miles
Scotland: 30,265 sq. miles.

Now, I'm no mathematician, but dimensionally speaking, that should put the US lightyears ahead of Scotland in hot guy ratio based on sheer size alone. However, after living stateside for my entire 29 year existence, I have yet

3.5/5

I didn't like it as much as On Dublin Street but I thought it was still a good read. It just didn't move me as much. I did get a better understanding of Johanna, it helped explain her actions in the first book. Lil' Wayne's song "How to Love" felt like the theme song for this book.
I didn't care much for Jo & Cam as I did with the other characters such as Hannah & Cole. I was glad to see more of Joss, Braden, Ellie & Adam. (view spoiler)

This was a good second book to the series. I did like Jo and Cam, but not as much as Joss and Braden. I really enjoyed that they kept the story moving with what we learned in On Dublin Street and we got to see a glimpse of Joss and Braden and also got to see some of Ellie and Adam. I hope that Ellie and Adam get more of a book than the short novella we got earlier this year.
