THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH STARS IN THE WORLD TO RATE THIS BOOK. THIS BOOK STANDS ON ITS OWN SCALE OF MERIT AND DESERVES NOT TO BE RATED BUT PRIZED AS ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS OF THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD.
"Let me inform you of something," he says in a low voice."The moment my lips touch yours, it will be your first kiss. Because if you've never felt anything when someone's kissed you, then no one's ever really kissed you. Not the way I plan on kissing you."

Hopeless is an absolute beauty. I am once again floored and brought to tears by Colleen Hoover’s ability to make you fall in love with her characters and her story. She has an amazing and wonderful way of portraying her heart on a page. I just love, love, LOVE her writing! Slammed and Point of Retreat were much more YA and I was not disappointed in anyway, however I was a little curious how that story could have played out with a little more *clears throat* action.

I didn't know what the synopsis was before reading, so it was like a blind date for me. A blind date that ended up being my soul mate.

This book will more than likely consume my thoughts for a long while if not forever! I'm at a loss of words of how the lives of these characters played out. How is it possible I felt happiness for them yet such heart break at the same time. Hoping for a sequel to see what the "forevers" have in store.

Ok so I may have given it 4.5 if I could. It's just that I feel like books that have real things to be sad about in them (as opposed to a paranormal world I can easily separate from this one) ought to have health warnings on them.
If I hadn't been reading this book for the most part in public I would have blubbed like a baby.
I also found Holder unrealistically perfect. In fact in parts the two of them were a little sickening.
However, I found that despite guessing the plot a few steps ahead of it ...more
