Seriously when are those 2 finally going to get together? And what is Jericho? And who has the book?

A promising continuation of the series. Mac grows up a little more, matures and hardens a bit. Although all of this is just fantastic for the upcoming war but in a way she sacrificing her goodness as evident in her newfound non-passing out tolerance of the book.. Many more new questions with very few questions answered but still makes you want to keep on reading...

After reading yet another absolutely fantastic addition to this riveting sequel, I have come to the conclusion that Moning is a ninja. Yes, she is. She is so well versed in the skill of revealing what seems like absolutely everything while actually revealing nothing that I am in complete awe of her. With this excited sequel to Darkfever, Moning has amped up the action, the stakes, the danger, and - you guessed it - the attraction. Did this one with a group of friends for a buddy read.

This book picked up right where book one left off. It is still told through Mac point of view.

We have everything we had in the first book. New players, brushes with dealth and action. We also have answers to my questions with more questions.
Most importantly we have Barrons. Who is we stil no nothing about but I can't get enough of for some reason!

and didn't like it...just like I didn't like the first one
