I feel like calling this is horror story is a massive stretch. Are there evil vampires trying to kill and eat people… yes… but 90% of the book is a love story. There just happens to be weaponized vampires here and there. Oh oh and how are they defeated in the end… they are talked to and reasoned with 🙄.
I did enjoy the love story it was well done. I’m not sure the addition of vampires added much to it. 🤷🏻♀️
I do love the rancho setting though and I love the vachero lifes ...more
