This was fine. The audio narrator on hoopla was pretty good and generally did a decent job with the accents, which added to the appeal. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't this story (or stories). They were all ok to listen to, but didn't come together as more than the sum of their parts for me. I found this audiobook very entertaining and inventive. I sought to determine character connections, histories, and the various endings before they were revealed. There were moments that were a bit too far fetched but not enough to lose my interest. Although having so many characters can be quite confusing I can also see why Moriarity chose to include so many; the journey they endured would not be the same with just a few participants. Refreshing.
A fun, quick read with many likable characters, beautiful character development, and interesting plot twists.

I’ll certainly be reading more of her work.

Way better than the last few ones I’ve read from her! Not the best one ever but a solid story line and characters were mostly interesting. Story didn’t drag.
