The author certainly offered an appropriate story "for such a time as this".

For a first-time author, Ron Clark offered the reader a very good story. I really appreciated this fiction story written from a Christian perspective. The reader can tell this author was a pharmacist, one that had to be detailed in his job, was able to offer the reader detailed descriptions of the Texas landscape, for instance, and going into battle against the enemy.
