I picked it up because I loved the movie when I saw it a few years ago. It was a fun, quick read, the descriptions of chocolate were tantalizing! At first I didn't like the way the book jumped between points of view, but came to enjoy it as I learned more and more about the characters. The author was great at just giving you a taste of the complexity of relationships between characters and leaving you wanting more.
