I bought this last year in London to read on my train ride to and from Liverpool and absolutely fell in love. Bar none, favorite book I've ever read.
I have since loaned this out (begrudgingly) to three different friends, who all loved it, despite my numerous markings and highlights over sentences in each chapter. I identified strongly with Emma, so it was easy for me to dive in and really feel all of the events over the 20 years in this book.

Tough to get through in the beginning, but it picked up in the second half.
I read a few of the chapters, was thoroughly bored so I skipped to the ending.
