Pure epic raw awesomeness. Need I say more?
Probably one of the best series I've ever read. Just the right touch of thoughtfulness, humor, sadness, violence, common human themes, love, happiness, but also the kind of book that goes just like THAT (cyber-*snap*) because you honestly can't put it down. I wanted my mother to read it, but she didn't have time, so I read it out loud to her. And in a couple of chapters, she kept saying, "one more chapter!" Tee hee.

How did I not put a review on this? I'm slacking it seems. I have read this book eight times and still can't get enough of it! The trials put into place by Suzanne Collins facinate me time after time. The characters literally grip your heart as you hear them speak within your imagination. By far, one of the best books ever written. I have heard somebody call it a "modern sci-fi classic" and I completely agree. One of the best books i have ever read! It has such a good story line and strong characters. Katniss is my Hero, she seems such a free person but at the same time, people are watching her every move.

I have a very complicated relationship with this book. After the first about 20 pages, I was bored as all get out, confused, and I hated it. I put it down for several weeks, refusing to even look at it, because the book had so much hype and I had thought it would draw me in from the start.

great start to the most cliff hanging trilogy ever!
Ok i have to say this is 1 of the best books ever made, it really speaks to me and i watched the hinger games 3 times! If he havent read this or watched the movie than get a comffuy spot and start reading/watching
Re-reading this book for the seventh time is still as good as the first :) oh and I went to the midnight premiere of the movie and it was AMAZING!!
This was an AWESOME book!!!! I absolutely LOVED it!!!!!!!!
