A million ★’s!!!

A brilliantly well-crafted masterpiece. There’s nothing, absolutely NOTHING, in young adult like The Winner’s trilogy. This last installment is everything I wanted and so much more. Kestrel and Arin return in full force and although their relationship is still complicated, there are a lot of swoons and moments to die for. Marie’s writing is still the most evocative, lyrical and compelling you’ll find in the genre and she doesn’t shy away from the horrors of war and the shades of

Beautiful everything. Characters, writing, places, relationships. My only complaint is small, and nearly insignificant when compared to the overall lavishness of this series.

Review to come.

(Oct. 2018) This book is the most gut wrenching of the series. It’s also the one that touches me the most in its human rawness. I LOVE this story and the emotional journey of the characters. Beautiful!!

don't know how else to describe this book but as a hopeless romantic's paradise. The Winner's Kiss, and the entire series, is just so emotionally fulfilling as a reader. I fell in love with Kestrel's and Arin's intense and complex personalities, relationship, and world in The Winner's Curse. But I

[Spoilers for The Winner’s Curse & Crime, only keep reading if you haven’t read the rest of the series]

My anticipation was high for the final book in the Winner’s series. It only took me three days to read, and I was not disappointed! I love when I get to say that about a book, especially a series finale. It was the sort of story that made me want to keep reading and reading. Then when it was finished, I didn’t want it to end. I love how Marie Rutkoski molded and transformed her characters and s

This is a stunning, beautiful, poignant conclusion to one of my favorite trilogies in recent memory. Marie Rutkoski's writing is breathtaking, her trilogy so well plotted and both heartbreaking and hopeful, and Arin and Kestrel's story stole my heart from page one of book one. I love love love love love love love this this book and can't wait for the rest of the world to be able to experience the pure stress, joy, and FEELINGS, when it goes on sale March 29.

Full disclosure, I work for the publi

So many good books for this year. This is another phenomenal series. How did it sneak past me, I don’t know, but it’s so good.
