What Members Thought
Ok, one of my favorite movies of all time - let me just say that first. I loved the movie so much I never even thought to bother reading the book until recently. Well, I wasn't disappointed, not in the least. But I wasn't exactly thrilled either. The subplots and background that were neccessarily cut out of the film just dragged down what was otherwise a very tight, exciting narrative. A case of too much information, I guess.
