I got this book for free to read and review from Making Connections:
A sad short story. It made me feel for Wilma like the author intended. She was such a mess, her baby girl would probably have been better off anywhere other than with herself. It also tells you that we're often too quick to judge people. Hope to read more by this author.

I had no idea it was a short story when I voted in the poll. For $.99 & 10 minutes or so I really got my money's worth. Tightly written, used unique phrasing instead of pot boilers, & had quick but excellent character exposition necessary for a 9-page story. Surprise ending which I won't spoil.

I loved this book, there were no hard feelings or guilt trips just understanding and love. I thought it was a great story and enjoyed it very much.
