One of my favourite classics. I knew it when I first read it and I can confirm it after this second read in 2017.
Dracula is told through different entries such as diaries and letters, a format which I dearly love, and the story is engaging and immersive. Despite being written in the 1800s, it has some very scary parts; and the cast of characters is great. Dracula è la radice di quel lungo filone di leggende che riguardano i vampiri e ne delinea le loro caratteristiche fisiche e intellettive.
La storia narrata tramite le epistole di vari personaggi inseriti in prima persona nella vicenda, segue il loro confrontarsi con il vampiro che cerca di adescare seguaci inconsapevoli, la successiva scoperta dei suoi intenti, fino alla morte inevitabile di Dracula stesso.

Tres estrellas son el promedio entre 5 para Drácula y 1 para quien hizo las notas.
Innumerables anotaciones que no aportan a Drácula sino un bullying literario, que con los varios spoilers, hacen imposible disfrutar la novela.
Tanto se excede en sus notas -y para muestra basta un botón-, que aclara que el serbio es el idioma que se habla en Serbia (y para ésto me saca de la novela?)
Toma la historia como real y después se dedica a marcar las inconsistencias.
Klinger debió haber publicado un libro ( ...more

Bellissima rilettura di questo classico senza tempo che continua a farmi rizzare i peli sulle braccia. Lo stra consiglio perché è un intrattenimento di rara qualità.
