I have been wanting to read this book for a long while. I had the paperback version (in fact it was the last paperback I bought before I became an ereader convert). I read about different reviews and about attacking Christianity and stuff so I was curious. I read it quickly. It did take a bit getting used to reading about a psedo-Earth. It will be helpful if you memorized characters and their daemons and stuff as it will progress through the story. However I found it slightly annoying to find so

Excellent book! Original story idea, fast pace, and well developed characters. It was action-packed and I liked the many twists and turns in the plot. I would definitely recommend this book and am looking forward to #2 in the series.
