What Members Thought
I confess it, I am not an Austen fan. I can see why people love her books. The stories are great as ideas but the way they are told leaves something lacking for me. I get tired of the social politics after a while. But, yes, the stories are good.
Marianne and Elinor, two sisters and best of friends, are forced to move from their home after the death of their father.
They move some distance away and meet many new people and it is soon generally believed that Marianne has fallen in love.
