3.5*. My original rating while reading was hovering around 3 but the ending made me reconsider giving it a 3.5* but not quite enough to round it up to a 4*.
I'm not quite on the Neil Gaiman fan bandwagon yet and I'll continue to try getting on it if only because I like the man himself. I saw the movie first and loved it. When I found out there was a book I had to read it. The book was even better! This is such a wonderful love story mixed in with the fantastical. Anyone who enjoyed books like Pride and Prejudice, or even Time Traveler's Wife will love this book.
