Weyward is a fascinating read by Emila Hart which follows three generations of the Weyward women who have special healing powers and a close relationship with nature. They also have another connection. They are all controlled by men. This story is told in each point of view of the women, the hardships and torment they endure and bravery of them setting themselves free of the men controlling their lives.

An enjoyable read! I was pulled in by the stories of 3 women separated by time, but connected via location and blood. Each woman, though going on a different journey, was able to find themselves - in their present - through connection with place and their family past. I thought the start of the novel was slow (there was only one and maybe 1/2 POVs that I was interested in), but maybe halfway (it could have been less) through the book, I became invested in all 3 POVs.
