What Members Thought
Yep, this one definitely deserves 5 stars from me. I was easily drawn into their worlds and had the chance to look into each character's head and ended up wanting to shout at some of them, trying to give them the right info so that things could be different. I ended up listening to the last 1/9 of it obsessively so that I could find out how it was going to end. There were many places where I felt so bad for the character in question as he or she tried to make the best choice but couldn't figure

I connected with this one for a number of reasons and that’s why I liked it so much:
1. It was nostalgic for me. I can vividly remember Gap bags with drawstrings while mall shopping and cK one. Mighty Mighty Bosstones playing in their high school and Ricki Lake after school are so familiar to me.
2. The teenagers were so familiar to me. She really nailed their behavior and the way they talked.

This book was a little too much like a soap opera for me. There were so many sub plots that all tied together so perfectly and so much drama that it all seemed a little too much. The book didn’t captivate me until halfway through and then I finally got sucked into the plot, which felt a little slow for awhile. I did enjoy some of the topics and think it’ll be a great discussion book at book club but not really my favorite book.
"To those out on their own paths, setting little fires."

I have waited to read this forever. I don’t know why. The reviews are good but it’s down right boring to me. I think I’m just going to give it up. Or cheat and go to back and read. I’ve put off reading books I know I will love for this. Only good thing is my Fitbit has hit well over 10,000 steps this last 6 days. 6 days to get half way through. Ick!
This was quite a story, It took me a while to get into it, but I got so sucked into the story that I couldn't put it down until I finished it.
