What Members Thought
Hilarious, entertaining and crazy- just like its title- this book has successfully made me laughing out loud for the most part of my reading. Fast paced, too- with so many relatable moments and cultural reference that was funny and borderline inappropriate :D
The Indonesian translation is pretty good although I'm curious with the original Singlish version. Kevin Kwan seems to know exactly what he's writing about and I immediately ordered the second installment as soon I finished this book XD

Man - I'd give this fun, irreverent and interesting book a 3.5 stars - maybe a bit more. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I learned reading - I found myself feeling a bit like an anthropologist as well as a reader reading for guilty pleasure. There was a part of it that read like candy but it also had a level of good writing that pleasantly surprised me as well. This book would be perfect for a long travel day, a beach trip or when you're tired and just want something a bit light!

Funny, delicious, irreverent! Great fun-a perfect summer read! So glad I got to this one before the movie comes out. Can’t wait to see it!
This book was so much fun! While it's pretty predictable it's perfect for a light fun read when you're in the mood for something like that.
