Chiar daca mi-a placut, finalul mi s-a parut grabit si nu mi-a placut ca actiunea se concentreaza pe povestea a sase personaje. As fi vrut mai mult despre Leila si mai putin despre restul. Plus ca pe mine nu m-au interesat detaliile politice. Dar merita sa ii dati o sansa daca vreti sa o descoperiti pe Shafak. Este cu siguranță o autoare care merita citita.

A beautiful story with unique storytelling, about life and death and important moments that shaped our lives. About regrets and whatifs, about choices and things that got away, but most importantly, about friendship and found family. This is the first time I read Elif Shafak's book, and I was hooked! Can't wait to read her other works :) ...more
