Many people said that Ruth Ware is like the modern Agatha Christie. In a way, I quite agree - I like some of her more atmospheric books, with a thick whodunit elements and strong characters. But I'm not a big fan of some of her other books. In a Dark, Dark Wood is in the latter category.

This was good. I see why they call Ruth Ware the Agatha Christie of our time. This is my third book of hers and they've all been bottle episodes.

Probably 3.5 stars. The narrator of the audiobook is fantastic.
Like many others have said, I figured it out and waited for the reasons to unfold. Lee/Leo/Nora/Leonora was pretty unlikeable so that didn't really help. I think her obsession could have been built upon even more to really emphasize how much her life was ruined. An okay little mystery.
