Saw this book at a bookstore and found it interesting. I am always enjoying learning history that seems incredible but is rarely ever mentioned or taught. The story is fantastic because the Osage had the incredible luck of owning land with lots of oil underneath. It was a gift and curse because it drove a nefarious man to kill critical owners of property to transfer their wealth to him and his accomplices. As a bonus, I learned about the beginnings of the FBI, and it's leadership.
