I'm at a point in my life where, disappointed with where I am at professionally and creatively, I am trying to find work that will fulfill me. I have wanted to read this book since my undergrad Personality Theory class, in which I first learned of the theory of flow. Reading it now was perfect timing.

Short and direct with some nuggests of wisdom. "The Rise of Superman" covered the research in a much more indepth manner though and better fit with the times and the research. ...more
