Given the rave reviews and semi-hysteria this series now generates, I almost felt compelled to delay reading this story even longer. Given that I had pre-ordered this novel, the time between purchase and reading is quite significant. I think it's sad that such rabid fanaticism can over-shadow such a strong novel. I love it! It was amazing!
The book is more action-packed than ever before and Zane & Ty are great like always. The story was full of emotions and surprises. We got to know some shocking secrets and at some point I really started to fear nothing lasts forever. I kept chanting 'everyting will be all right with them'. Wow. Just wow!
I don't really write reviews but I've got to say that this book was a real roller coaster of emotions ride for me.
I cried buckets of tears especially for the ending. Now I'm all emotionally drained and numb.
This is by far the best angsty book I've read and the best book so far in the Cut & Run Series.

This book was totally heartbreaking to read. I don’t think I’d be able to reread it anytime soon. I’m not used to Ty and Zane fighting this much after reading the first 6 books in the series. Here, a lot of secrets have been revealed and a lot of bad, bad guys are after Ty, Zane and the rest of their crew (Sidewinder!)

I had high expectations for this book, and it delivered on
every one
of them. It had angst (boy, did it have angst!), laughs, snark, action, adventure, character development, plot twists, and last--but certainly not least--hot sexy, sex. Loved it! More Team Sidewinder and Ty & Zane please.
Are you kidding me?!! If I knew anything about practicing voodoo, I think I’d like to extract a little revenge on the author for the whiplash I incurred when my brain short-circuited and my head snapped in the other direction due to that 180 degree turn in Ty and Zane’s relationship. Who knew the author had a penchant for a little sadistic pleasure by nearly destroying everything they’d worked so hard to build? Love these books - Love them! This one was equally as action packed and full of drama as the others but I was a bit disappointed with the ending. (view spoiler) Zane and Ty are as in love and volatile as ever and it was nice to see them around their friends (Nick, Digger, Owen etc). Ah, well, hopefully the next book won't be such a long wait.

Man, oh man.. This was angst filled, and all I can say was that it was a rough ride, but a fantastic read, and now I can hardly wait for the next one LOL!!!
Ms. Roux gets better and better, and we get to know Ty and Zane more in depth as we go through each adventure.
I love seeing their relationship develop, and questions come up, and then answered, and the push and pull.. Keeps me coming back for more.

I'm not going to bother trying to give a 'real review' because too many others already have. I'm just going to say this is now my favorite of the series. Except for the ending. =)
