A good book and an interesting take on the Underground Railroad. I think I may have liked it better if I had read it as a book rather than listening to it as an audiobook. The plot wanders and meanders in and out of time- jumping around from place to place - sometimes suddenly introducing characters as if they had been there all along. Most of the breaks don’t have chapter titles or any indication that there is a shift other than a page break... page breaks that are hard to detect in the audiobo
