This was SO much creepier than I expected!! Perhaps the most inventive mystery premise I've ever read, though it is a little dated, and surprisingly a bit slow. But oh, how creative.

I put this down because I thought it was too slow moving. Glad I came back to it because it exploded with more fast paced suspense in the last half.
