It took me a bit longer to read this book than the previous two did. I'm not sure if it was because I didn't want the series to end or because I had an idea how the story might end and didn't want to be right.

oh. my. gosh. I loved this book. actually to be honest I loved the whole trilogy, but this one was my favorite. I can't even explain how much I loved it. and not because it's some sappy happy ending type books, because it's the complete opposite. these books of are full of loss and suffering and hatred and war. but they are also filled with perseverance and strength and love. and they are amazing. I can't believe I waited this long to read these books, but i'm glad I finally did.

I found the first couple hundred pages or so were hard to really get into. I forgot some of the characters and had to revisit the second book in the series. Then I got into the story and couldn't put it down. Let's just say if you do read this book have some tissue close by. I wept at the end.
