I loved when Bones proposed and made it clear to Cat that he always had intentions of marrying her even in the Human traditions. I am whizzing through my reread of this series. It’s not hard—they are such fun and fast reads that the time flies. I always wonder on a reread if I’ll like the story as much as I did the first time I experienced it. Night Huntress, I’m glad to say, is even better on a reread. I can appreciate so many small details I didn’t catch the first time.

Here we are at (Book 3) and the story is still smoking and just as kick ass as the first two books were! I can't get enough of Bones and Cat which is why there was a point in this story that I almost flung the book across the room...wait maybe I did but I landed under it and kept reading thru the tears in my eyes! Yes I had literal tears in my eyes! Enough said on that subject as there will be NO Spoilers here!

How I love Vlad, really I do. *Whispers*Don't tell Bones, but I think I might like Vlad more*Our secret.*

Listened to audio for the first time, but a re-read of the book/story. I'm trying to do a series read through in anticipation of the last book... although I don't think I'm going to make it in time. Love Cat and Bones, but really dig getting to know so many others in this book. Like Spade, (and Vlad) Mencheres (or however you spell it), Ian (and Vlad), Denise, ... you get the idea, right?
