I would actually give this book 3.5 stars. But as I had to go up or down for a rating on Goodreads, a 3 it is.

As it was, all I felt was pity for unredeemable characters, as opposed to empathy. The mystery was also quite predictable, but really, it was not the focus of the book. That all being said, it was not a bad book and it kept my att ...more

I really, really did not enjoy this book. I gave it a chance because someone told me that I was great but it did not work for me.

I really liked this book. I had trouble putting it down, and breezed through it in about 3 hours.
